1. Return Policy
- 5-Day Easy Return: Most of our products are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Products: Some products are non-refundable or non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons (e.g., personal care items, cosmetics, lingerie, etc.).
- Exchange-Only Items: Certain products are eligible for exchange only in case of defects or damages.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

✅ All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
✅ The product must not be damaged (except in cases where the damage occurred during delivery).
✅ The return request must be placed within 5 days of receiving the order.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate the refund to your bank account after verification.
4. Exchange Policy
- If your product is damaged or defective, we offer an exchange for the same product.
- If the same product is out of stock, you may choose a replacement of equal value or a refund.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Some categories are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:
